Can I Post My Own Laguna Beach Bail Bonds?

I recently learned that I have an outstanding warrant in Laguna Beach and I wanted to turn myself in so I can get this handled.  I wanted to know if I’ll be eligible to post my own bail bonds or if I’ll need to have a cosigner.

This is a very common question. As a general rule of thumb, if you have good credit and/or own your home you should be able to arrange your own bail bonds.  In this case, you’ll want to contact an Orange County bail bonds company in advance so you can get the paperwork signed and so you can arrange for payment of your bond.  You’ll also want to make sure they know the date and time you plan to turn yourself in, so you can have a Laguna Beach bondsman standing by. Although the booking process at the Laguna Beach Jail can take anywhere from 4 to 60 hours, you should be released from the jail within an hour of your bail bond being posted.  For more information on how Laguna Beach bail bonds work call our office now at 888-224-5266.
